To facilitate the hiring of Technicians through referrals, walk-in drives, sourcing through local agencies.
 Technicians working on-site are required to take attendance every day
 Technicians who are working on-site are taking daily chemical consumption measurements
 On a daily basis, technicians map sites based on their routes
 Monitor Supervisor's daily visit
 Monitor sales executives' daily visits
 Keeping track of client payments and following up
 Taking Weekly feedback from the clients.
 Making Inspection and Trend reports to the clients.
